BIORIX® straws are not made from environmentally unfriendly conventional plastics, but are optimized for quick composting. Simply throw the straws into the compost bin after use. They are biodegradable and therefore digest by themselves. By the way, did you know that BIORIX® is the only straw not produced in Asia, but in Belgium? BIORIX® straws from us. Best suited for cold drinks.
Depending on the compost quality, BIORIX® straws digest into new raw materials within 3 to 6 months.
